I provide professional, certified fitness classes designed to help you discover the power of Pilates and the myriad of benefits it can bring from improved posture and flexibility to a stronger core and a balanced mind and body. Check out  my classes below 

Classical Mat Pilates

Strength & Stamina

Discover the benefits of this powerful training which, when practised regularly will bring increased flexibility,  improved posture, longer leaner limbs and a general feeling of increased well-being.  The class will consist of a variety of exercises that are performed in low repetitions to offer an all-round body workout but with little sweating or straining as the muscles are not worked to exhaustion.
The Pilates method is taught to suit each person and I always offer a modification across the exercises that will suit all abilities. 
The exercises are regularly re-evaluated to ensure they are appropriate for each individual ensuring that  this method suits everybody from elite athletes to people with limited mobility, pregnant women or people with low fitness levels

One to One Classes

Meet your goals more quickly and easily.

Everybody is unique and each body is unique! I offer one to one sessions that are ideal if you have specific goals or issues to overcome or if you just want to feel more confident in a class or group setting. An hour focused fully on you that will take you through a full-body workout the Pilates way building both your strength and flexibility and helping you achieve your own specific goals and needs.

The first session will be slightly longer at 1 hour and 20 minutes as I like to go into a lifestyle assessment and postural analysis.

Everyone talks about wellbeing today its that real buzzword but coming from a corporate background I know first hand how important it is to nurture both your body and mental health.

Let me come to your workplace and optimize the health and wellbeing of your staff through small group Pilates sessions at the office or desk side with specific work to help correct posture and mental fatigue with overexposure to screens and laptops.
