As a professional Pilates Instructor, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. I come from a stressful corporate background of long hours working at a desk and began to realise that years of working in the city was taking it's toll on both my health and stress levels. I had been practising Pilates for a number of years and got serious when I lost a close member of my family to stress related illness. This was my tipping point to transform my life and immerse myself in studying both anatomy and physiology which in turn led me to qualify as an instructor in Pilates. I offer online classes that will help you achieve a balanced body and more importantly a balanced mind optimal health and flexibility is lifetime wealth. I aim to transform your body using the Joseph Pilates classical mat Pilates method which with practice will guarantee improved posture, long lean limbs and superb flexibility.
